Job summary

Restore Information Management in Wolverhampton is seeking a Service Delivery Operative to support secure handling of confidential data. This hands-on role involves preparing, checking and scanning documents, data entry and movement of boxes in a busy warehouse environment.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, focusing on accuracy, safety and ISO standards. A reliable team player with the ability to lift 10 kg will thrive and help keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Essential data entry, scanning and data handling skills.
• Basic computer and reading/comms abilities to follow instructions.
• Able to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 10 kg daily; accurate record-keeping and labeling.
• Positive team player; able to work independently within defined processes.

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (With possible extension)

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Salary: £26,520.00 Per Annum

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Service Delivery Operative/ Warehouse Operative to join our growing Digital Services team within Restore Information Management. This role will support the secure management of confidential data.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll prepare, check and scan documents with care and accuracy, carry out data entry, and support the movement of boxes as part of the daily operation. You’ll play an important part in keeping our processes running smoothly, maintaining high quality standards and contributing to a safe, organised and supportive team environment.

• A willingness to supportother operational teams by completing data entry, scanning, storing and indexing tasks accurately. (Essential)
• Someone who has basic Computer and communication skills to follow instructions, read labels and safety information, and to complete data entry tasks (Essential)
• Able to stand for extended periods (Essential).
• Confident in recording and sorting high volume of incoming files and boxes (Essential)
• Have the ability to be able to lift up to 10kg on a daily basis(Essential)
• A positive team player who can also work independently, follow processes and take responsibility for their work.
• Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, active warehouse environment where no two days are the same.
• A dependable and committed individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Good organisation skills, with the ability to manage workload and complete tasks within agreed timescales.
