Job description

Mploy Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting warehouse workers for our client based in Andover.

You will be working as part of a large team in our client's SQ warehouse.

Our client offers various value-added services to customers, including next day delivery, bill and hold, pre-delivery inspection, and configuration services.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:30

Pay: £12.65 per hour (including £0.57 per hour attendance bonus)

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for accurate stock movement in and out of the warehouse, including manual stock movement across the warehouse.
2. Lifting and storing boxes across a large warehouse area.
3. Picking, packaging, and labeling stock before shipment.
4. Stock replenishment.
5. Adhering to company policies and objectives.
6. Maintaining high health and safety standards.
7. Keeping the work area and warehouse clean and tidy.

Key Skills

1. Good physical fitness, able to walk, stand, bend, and lift for long periods.
2. Organized and methodical approach to work.
3. Ability to follow warehouse processes and procedures.
4. Attention to detail, capable of completing repetitive tasks to a high standard.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
6. Awareness of the working environment and adherence to health and safety standards.
7. Good spoken English skills.
8. Previous experience not necessary; full training will be provided.

This position is temporary ongoing with the possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate.
