Role Overview

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be committed to delivering outstanding service. You should be professional, driven, and enthusiastic. Reporting to the branch management team, you will provide high-level service to internal and external customers, ensuring timely delivery of products, often within tight deadlines. The role may also involve customer-facing activities within the branch, such as serving on the trade counter and handling telephone inquiries.

Working Hours and Environment

You will be contracted to a set minimum number of hours per week and may need to work additional hours, especially during peak winter heating seasons. Hours and shifts will be scheduled with advance notice, promoting a flexible and inclusive team environment.
