Job summary

Winner Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Administrator in NN6 to support busy warehouse operations. You will manage paperwork, ensure accurate records, and coordinate with drivers and customers to keep goods flowing smoothly.

The role offers Monday–Friday hours (8:00am–4:00pm) and a competitive pay rate of up to £14.50 per hour, with a friendly, long-term working environment and opportunities to develop within logistics admin.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse administration experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete warehouse administration tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Process delivery paperwork, goods-in and dispatch documents.
• Update internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Liaise with warehouse teams, drivers and customers.
• Support stock control and inventory processes.
