Job summary

L'Oréal is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for the AM shift at Trafford DC. This full-time permanent role is ideal for someone who thrives on fast-paced logistics and wants to contribute to accurate orders and smooth operations.

You'll work closely with the Team Leader, ensure health and safety procedures are followed, and support timely picking and diary coordination to meet customer expectations. Experience with computers and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience working with computers.
• Understanding of warehouse picking and quality processes.
• High health and safety awareness.
• Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines.
• Flexible to shifts including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Leader in daily operational tasks.
• Observe health and safety procedures in the DC.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and on time.
• Coordinate pick waitings to minimise disruption.
• Liaise with inbound and outbound loading teams to follow diary.
• Develop leadership skills through on-the-job training.
