Qualifications

• Experience with computers is preferable.
• Strong understanding of warehouse picking and quality processes.
• High level of Health and Safety awareness.
• Self-motivation and ability to work unsupervised.
• Attention to detail and speed to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work with Team Leader to complete daily operational tasks.
• Observe health and safety procedures inside the DC.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and on time.
• Aim for perfect orders to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate pick waitings to minimise disruption in picking flow.
• Liaise with inbound/outbound loading teams to keep the diary on plan.
• Develop leadership skills through on-the-job learning and training.
