The position is a 8–10 month maternity cover, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with some flexibility. Good communication and customer service are essential, and basic Microsoft Office skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operational needs for customers.
• Updating SOPs.
• Stock adjustments.
• Ensuring replenishment of stock to prevent unavailability of items.
• Arranging shipments with the transport team based on customer requirements.
• Working closely with the warehouse team on all orders and picks.
• Assisting the warehouse when required.
• Booking in all incoming stock and storing in a safe manner.
