Chroma Recruitment is seeking a Sales Administrator to join a specialist engineering business in Warrington for an initial six-month maternity cover contract. You will support the sales team with customer enquiries, quotations and sales order processing, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires strong computer skills, confident communication, and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Onsite interview with start as soon as possible.

Formación

• Experience in sales administration, sales support or customer service in a sales environment.
• Strong computer skills with attention to detail.
• Confident communication and professional telephone manner.
• Proactive, with willingness to learn.
• Desirable experience with Sage, ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsabilidades

• Answer telephone calls and respond to customer emails.
• Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Use the company’s ERP system to support sales administration.
• Provide general administrative and basic accounts support.
