Job summary

GXO is recruiting for full-time, permanent Warehouse Administrators to join our team in Doncaster (DN6 7FB) on the ASDA contract. In this role you will provide administrative support, including data entry and the preparation of management information reports, and you will handle stock administration tasks to back the warehouse operations.

This is a Monday to Friday, 8.5 hour per day position. The hourly rate is £13.71.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or stock management experience.
• Be computer literate – particularly with Microsoft Office and WMS.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritise and work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing information and data for the department’s monthly KPI and period review packs and collating management information intended to be shared with the customer.
• Producing, issuing, controlling, and accounting for documentation issued to warehouse operatives.
• Maintaining inventory paperwork for checking and verification with the WMS via Team leaders and management.
• Providing administrative support to the Team Leaders & Shift Managers – compiling and distributing reports, providing information on KPIs etc
• Inputting data into spread sheets for report writing
