Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Doncaster is recruiting for full-time, permanent Warehouse Administrators on an ASDA contract. The role involves data entry, stock administration and producing management information reports to support warehouse operations.

The position is Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day, with an hourly rate of £13.71. Benefits include extensive holiday entitlement, pension and other employee programs.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or stock management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Attention to detail ensuring a high level of accuracy.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads and work under own initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing information and data for KPI and period review packs and collating management information for customers.
• Producing, issuing, controlling, and accounting for documentation issued to warehouse operatives.
• Maintaining inventory paperwork for checking and verification with the WMS via Team Leaders and Management.
• Providing administrative support to the Team Leaders & Shift Managers – compiling and distributing reports, providing KPI information.
• Inputting data into spreadsheets for report writing.
