Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Blyth is recruiting a Warehouse Administrator to manage clerical warehousing tasks and operate the warehouse management system. This is a full-time, permanent role with a rotating 4 on/4 off pattern, alternating weeks 07:00–17:00 and 13:00–23:00.

You will maintain system data, prepare reports and respond to queries while following health & safety procedures. The package includes hourly rates of £13.10 (Mon–Fri) and £14.76 (Sat–Sun), plus benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Numerate with good IT/computer skills.
• Experience with warehouse systems (JDA/WMS is a plus).
• Strong communication, accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system data and complete transactions across systems and spreadsheets.
• Prepare key reports and file/archiving of paperwork.
• Resolve queries from warehouse and customers; escalate when needed.
• Follow system processes and Health & Safety procedures to meet targets.
