Job summary

GXO is hiring full-time, permanent Warehouse Administrators to join the Doncaster site on ASDA contract. You will provide administrative support, data entry and management information reports, and stock administration tasks to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day with an hourly rate of £13.71. GXO offers a comprehensive benefits package including pension, dental plans, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or stock management experience.
• Be computer literate – particularly with Microsoft Office and WMS.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritise workloads and work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and data for monthly KPI and period review packs and customer reports.
• Produce, issue, control, and account for documentation for warehouse operatives.
• Maintain inventory paperwork for checking and verification with the WMS via Team Leaders and management.
• Provide administrative support to Team Leaders & Shift Managers – compile and distribute reports and KPI information.
• Input data into spreadsheets for report writing.
