Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our busy distribution centre in Greater Manchester. You will pick, pack and dispatch customer orders, support stock movement, and maintain accuracy in fast-paced operations.

The role values reliability, teamwork and a can-do attitude. Experience is helpful, but transferable logistics skills are welcomed. Training on health and safety and warehouse IT systems will be provided to help you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing or logistics is valuable.
• Transferable skills in stock control, fulfilment or distribution are welcome.
• Reliable, organised and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch accurately.
• Complete pick sheets and packing transactions.
• Load, unload and move stock safely.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Support stock accuracy through inventory control.
• Maintain housekeeping and organisation in warehouse.
• Contribute to team performance and service levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
