Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Warrington is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our Iceland distribution operation. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours weekly on a rotating shift of 5 days from 7, 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 shifts.

The role requires strong Excel skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment. Prior admin experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proactive, flexible approach to changing operational demands.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Previous administration experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse activities via GXO's Warehouse Management System (DLx).
• Support operatives by issuing and managing voice-picking equipment.
• Book inbound drivers, check delivery docs, resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with Iceland QA on short-dated stock and rejections.
• Produce accurate operational reports and performance information.
