Job summary

Zendbox, a leader in eCommerce fulfilment, is seeking a proactive Warehouse Administrator and Customer Service Agent to support our clients from our UK site. You will handle inquiries by email, phone and chat, process orders, and help manage stock information.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, document interactions, and contribute to accurate records. Strong IT skills, attention to detail and reliable work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-line support.
• Strong IT skills including Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers via email, phone, and chat.
• Provide information on order processing, shipping and product availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and warehouse errors and suggest corrective actions.
