Job summary

CDI - Russell Taylor in Runcorn is recruiting a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation. You will perform admin tasks, maintain stock records, and manage shipping documentation to ensure smooth operations.

The role offers full-time hours, rotating shifts (07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00), weekly pay, on-site parking, and potential for permanent employment. Strong data entry and IT skills are essential; WMS experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse administration role.
• Strong data entry and IT skills including MS Office.
• Experience using WMS is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication; can work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Processing warehouse administration tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Updating and maintaining stock and inventory records.
• Booking goods in and out using warehouse management systems.
• Preparing and processing shipping and delivery documentation.
• Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Liaising with warehouse operatives, transport teams and customers.
• Supporting stock control and inventory activities.
• Assisting with general administrative duties as required.
• Maintaining a professional and organised working environment.
