Job summary

AWI Civitas in Manchester is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our logistics team at the distribution centre. You will handle inbound deliveries, picking and packing orders, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure orders are dispatched on schedule.

The role requires previous warehouse experience, strong commitment, and punctuality. Typical shifts are 8–10 hours with regular overtime opportunities, supported by a dedicated coordinator and on-call planning team.

Responsibilities

• Goods Inwards: unload deliveries, check stock against orders, inspect for damages.
• Order Fulfillment: pick items using RF scanners or pick sheets.
• Packing & Dispatch: pack securely, print labels, load outbound pallets.
• Stock Control: count stock and report discrepancies.
