Job summary

Boots is seeking a Warehouse Admin to support busy warehouse operations in Burton upon Trent. The role involves admin tasks, stock checks, and coordinating deliveries alongside warehouse staff, FLT drivers and the in-house system.

We offer rotating day shifts and fixed night shifts, with weekend work, and opportunities for progression. Training is provided and the environment features modern automation and a strong team dynamic.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Excel.
• Good numeracy and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to train on the in-house system.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stock checks and warehouse tasks.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, FLT drivers and stock locations.
• Book deliveries and process orders for customer online orders.
• Move through different floors in the warehouse and support operations.
• Communicate effectively via phone and email.

Warehouse Admin

Are you looking for Admin work in Burton upon Trent? If so, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us at Boots.

We are looking for Admin roles for 8-hour rotational day & 8-hour fixed nights candidates with the ability to perform various admin and warehouse tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment.The roles will involve communicating via phone and email, booking deliveries, working alongside warehouse staff, pickers FLT drivers assisting in stock checks, investigating stock and locations using the inhouse system. The role will include moving through different floors in the warehouse.

At Boots, it’s all about working as a team – our people are the heart of what we do. Our Warehouse admin team play a crucial role in ensuring customer online orders are processed with the support from our multi-million pound automation.

Shift Patterns currently available

• Rotating 8-hour shift pattern 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00

• 8-hour shift 22:00-6:00 working 5 days out of 7

• All shift patterns will include weekend working

Pay Rates

• Days £12.71 going up to £13.12 after 12 weeks

• Nights £13.26 going up to £15.09 after 12 weeks (paid from 22:00 – 06:00)

Transport

• Bus transport will be running from September

• Bus transport from Wolverhampton train station and Walsall town centre to Boots Burton.

• Located close to Burton train station.
