Job summary

Boots is seeking a Warehouse Admin to support busy warehouse operations in Burton upon Trent. The role involves admin tasks, stock checks, and coordinating deliveries alongside warehouse staff, FLT drivers and the in-house system.

We offer rotating day shifts and fixed night shifts, with weekend work, and opportunities for progression. Training is provided and the environment features modern automation and a strong team dynamic.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Excel.
• Good numeracy and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication via phone and email.
• Willing to train on the in-house system.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stock checks and warehouse tasks.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, FLT drivers and stock locations.
• Book deliveries and process orders for customer online orders.
• Move through different floors in the warehouse and support operations.
• Communicate effectively via phone and email.
