ACS Staffing Solutions in Preston is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee a busy delivery station. You will manage a team in a fast-paced picking and packing environment, driving productivity, accuracy and high standards across the warehouse.

This full-time, 40-hour per week role offers an immediate start with a temp-perm pathway after 12 weeks. You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure safety procedures are followed while delivering on daily targets.

• Essential: Previous team management experience within a warehouse, distribution, fulfilment, or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven operation.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and flexible approach to work.

Responsabilités

• Ensure picking, packing, and dispatch targets are achieved.

Warehouse Team Leader (Delivery Station Team Leader)

Full Time – 40 Hours per Week

£13.42 per hour

Shifts Available

• 5 out of 7 days - 07:00-16:00 (Shift to be confirmed on first shift)
• 5 out of 7 days - 13:00-22:00 (Shift to be confirmed on first shift)

Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their busy delivery station in Preston. Working within a fast-paced picking and packing distribution centre, you will support the day‑to‑day operation, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and high standards across the warehouse. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on team leader with proven experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment environment.
