Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Norwich is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee a busy delivery station. You will lead a fast-paced team, drive productivity, ensure accuracy, and maintain high standards in picking, packing, and dispatch.

The role is full-time, immediate start, 40 hours per week, temp-perm after 12 weeks, with an hourly rate of £13.42.

Full Time - 40 Hours per Week

£13.42 per hour

Shifts Available

• 5 out of 7 days- 07:00-16:00 (Shift to be confirmed on first shift)
• 5 out of 7 days- 13:00-22:00 (Shift to be confirmed on first shift)

Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their busy delivery station in Norwich. Working within a fast-paced picking and packing distribution centre, you will support the day-to-day operation, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and high standards across the warehouse.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on team leader with proven experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of warehouse operatives.
