Job summary

Vincere is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy delivery station in Bellshill. The role involves leading a team of operatives, ensuring picking, packing and dispatch targets are met, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety in a fast-paced distribution centre.

You will monitor performance, coach team members, promote a safe working environment, and resolve day-to-day issues.

Warehouse Team Leader (Delivery Station Team Leader)

Start Date- Immediate

Full Time – 40 Hours per Week

£13.42 per hour

Shifts Available

• 5 out of 7 days- 07:00-16:00 (Shift to be confirmed on first shift)
• 5 out of 7 days- 13:00-22:00 (Shift to be confirmed on first shift)

Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their busy delivery station in Bellshill. Working within a fast-paced picking and packing distribution centre, you will support the day-to-day operation, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and high standards across the warehouse.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on team leader with proven experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment environment.
