Qualificações

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with patients, relatives and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors and direct them accordingly.
• Coordinate non-clinical ward tasks, including stock and environmental standards.
• Support info flow and maintain confidentiality.
• Escalate concerns to senior staff when needed.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and infection prevention measures.
• Assist ward manager with monitoring training and policy updates.
