Zusammenfassung

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 registered nurse to lead an AMU ward, delivering high-quality nursing care and transformational leadership. The post holder will coordinate daily workload, develop care programmes and ensure compliance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.

You will supervise staff, provide expert nursing knowledge, foster clinical governance and drive service improvements in partnership with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifikationen

Essential: Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Desirable: Teaching and assessing qualification.
Post-registration qualification in specialty.
Strong communication and leadership abilities required.

Aufgaben

Coordinate ward on a day-to-day basis including planning, allocation and evaluation of work.
Provide specialist nursing knowledge to ward staff.
Promote critical, analytical approach to care delivery.
Review and update care procedures and protocols as required.
Lead nursing developments and contribute to clinical governance.
