Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic Clinical Band 7 to lead nursing care on a ward/department, ensuring high standards and responsive provision of services. The role involves coordinating staffing, patient and carer communications, and driving continuous quality improvement through benchmarking and evidence-based practice.

You will lead on governance, risk management, and staff development while working with multidisciplinary colleagues across LUHFT’s sites.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and management of the ward/department 24/7.
• Coordinate day-to-day ward activities including planning, allocating and evaluating work.
• Promote best practice and clinical benchmarking to improve patient care.
• Ensure compliance with Trust policies, governance and risk management.
• Support recruitment, training, and staff development within the nursing team.
