Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in education, workforce development or practice development.
• Knowledge of competency-based learning and appraisal processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead on nursing education and professional development across the ward.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate educational programmes.
• Guide coaching and mentorship to ensure evidence-based practice.
