Job summary

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full‑time member of the Patient Access Team. The role involves welcoming patients and visitors, providing a courteous service, and supporting ward operations across the Trust.

You will be on a seven‑day rota (including weekends/bank holidays) with shifts between 8am and 8pm, assisting with admissions and discharges and ensuring accurate post‑admission information is communicated to the right people.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and visitors using various communication methods
• Provide welcoming, professional, courteous service to patients and visitors
• Ensure timely admission and discharge information is sent to relevant staff
• Track patients through the process to ensure timely care and validation/audit requirements
• Work on a seven‑day rota including weekends and bank holidays and shift pattern 8am–8pm
