Wye Valley NHS Trust is seeking a ward clerk for the Ashgrove ward, a busy 24-bed Frailty unit. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and be the first point of contact for patients and families, handling face-to-face, phone, and email queries with calm professionalism.

We are looking for a ward clerk to join our friendly and supportive team on Ashgrove ward. Ashgrove is a busy 24 bedded Frailty ward.
The successful candidate will be working directly with all members of theMultidisciplinary team of nurses, doctors, physiotherapists and other professionals.
You will be one of the first faces our patients and relatives will see when they first walk into our hospital, and you will be dealing with queries face-to-face, on the phone and via email. For this reason you will need excellent verbal and written commutation skills, you will need to be able to multitask and prioritise whilst remaining calm under pressure keeping a professional approach at all times.
