Are you looking for a rewarding administrative role that makes a difference? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the e-Systems Team at Sheffield Children's as a Ward Clerk.
As part of our e-Systems team, you'll deliver essential clerical support to the wards. You'll help maintain the smooth operation of services, supporting clinical staff and being a welcoming point of contact for patients and families.
About You:
You'll enjoy being part of a team, working with the public and will have some previous administrative experience. You'll be able to complete tasks on time and be comfortable working in a busy role. You'll also be empathetic, with a genuine interest in supporting patient care.

You will report to the Ward Clerk Supervisor, and your responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative support on the ward
Use hospital systems to maintain patient information
Be a point of contact for visitors and families to the ward
Communicate effectively with patients and team members

Please note that Sheffield Children's uplift pay to meet the Real Living Wage, which is £12.60 per hour.
