Substantive
Part Time 14.9 hours per week
Band 2 - Salary Range £24,647 to £26,763 per annum (pro rata)
Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £2,380 per annum (pro rata)
Clerical Officers provide general clerical support to the secretarial team to ensure that clinics, theatre sessions, reception services and ward clerical work is organised in an efficient and timely manner and that patient data and clinical notes are filed correctly and efficiently.
This contract is permanent. If you wish to apply for this post as a secondment opportunity, you will need to discuss with your line manager before submitting an application.
Interested? You will need to demonstrate experience of working effectively in a team, together with excellent communication skills and good attention to detail. With a good standard of general education, you will also need to be able to demonstrate computer literacy and be able to work under pressure to non-negotiable deadlines.
