Job description

We have a vacancy for a Ward Clerk in the Women and Children's Outpatient Department based in Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary (DGRI).

Principal duties include reception, front of house support for services held with DGRI, providing administration support to the teams within the Women, Children & Sexual Health Services Directorate

The candidate should have SVQ Level 2 or an equivalent level of qualification or demonstrable working experience at that level. Excellent interpersonal and keyboard skills, specialist knowledge of Microsoft Word with previous office experience.
