Job summary

The Clifton Therapy Team at Clifton Hospital invites applications for an Integrated Therapy Assistant to join a busy multidisciplinary ward-based rehabilitation setting. • Carry out delegated therapy interventions under supervision of a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.
• Provide flexible, client-centred interventions to facilitate discharge into the community.
• Deliver rehabilitation programmes as planned by a physiotherapist/occupational therapist in collaboration with the client.
• Support rehabilitation on wards to maximise independence and discharge readiness.
• Assess and, where appropriate, issue equipment to aid activities of daily living.
• Perform non-clinical tasks to support the therapy service and data collection.
