Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Integrated Therapy Assistant (NHS AfC Band 3) to support rehabilitation wards at Clifton Hospital, Lytham St Annes. You will work under physiotherapists and occupational therapists to assist with assessments, interventions and patient progress, including equipment checks and data recording.

The role requires teamwork, reliability and good IT and communication skills.

Competenze

• Evidence of recent study or development in the work environment.
• Working towards or completed NVQ Level III or Health & Social Care qualification.
• Experience in health/ social care or vocational rehabilitation setting.
• Experience as an Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapy / Rehab assistant or Healthcare assistant.

Mansioni

• Assist with delegated therapy interventions under supervision.
• Support patient discharge into the community when appropriate.
• Assist with rehabilitation programmes and progress documentation.
• Record progress and prepare therapy areas and equipment for use.
• Support data collection and administrative tasks for service delivery.
• Occasionally perform check visits to patients' properties.
