NHS Lanarkshire is seeking an administrative/clerical professional to support a receiving unit, ensuring smooth ward operations and allowing clinical staff to focus on patient care. The role involves preparing ward management documentation, clerical tasks, payroll checks, annual leave and sickness monitoring, and accurate data entry.
You'll use MS Office, PiMS, and clinical information systems, maintain patient casenotes, and input admissions and discharges to generate reliable statistics.
