Job summary

OPR Resourcing Specialists is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to cover Wales, field based. You will drive growth for domestic heating products through merchants, installers, and housing partners.

This is a key role with ownership of the territory and potential for bonus opportunities. You will manage existing accounts, develop new business opportunities across Wales, and deliver sustainable sales growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field sales, area sales, territory sales or regional sales management role.
• Background within the plumbing, heating, HVAC, renewables or building products sector.
• Strong knowledge of domestic boilers, heat pumps or heating systems.
• Experience selling through merchant and installer networks.
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing your own territory effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with plumbing and heating merchants, installers, contractors and key industry contacts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the region
• Promote a range of market-leading domestic heating solutions.
• Provide product advice and technical support to customers.
• Generate new leads and convert enquiries into long-term business partnerships.
• Deliver regular customer visits and maintain a strong presence within your territory.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor market activity, competitor trends and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports, tracking progress against targets.
• Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to maximise regional performance.
