Qualifications

• Experience in education, youth work, childcare, healthcare or social care is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Comfort with electronic care recording systems (Clearcare is an advantage) and daily digital documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist young people with night-time and morning routines.
• Help with getting ready for bed and for school in the morning.
• Support meal preparation and personal care throughout the night.
• Maintain records and care plans as required.
• Provide emotional support and active listening, ensuring each child is treated as an individual.
