Aspris Children’s Services is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join our residential childcare teams. You will support our young people, stay alert, and perform assigned tasks to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

We welcome enthusiastic individuals with resilience, good communication, organisation, and a caring approach. A full UK driving licence is essential; safeguarding screening will be completed for all applicants.

Qualifications

• Resilience to support vulnerable children with varied needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with young people and staff.
• Organisational skills for updating care plans and reporting.
