Qualifications

• Experience as a Waking Nights Advanced Support Worker.
• Experience with challenging behaviours and mental health.
• Willingness to develop and progress within a support role.

Responsibilities

• Support a young gentleman with ASD, learning disability, anxiety and OCD.
• Assist with routines, structure, and consistency to keep him regulated and safe.
• Build positive relationships, mentor colleagues, and lead by example.
