Job summary

Eden Futures is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for waking nights across our Supported Living services, helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and complex needs to live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is not required; Eden Futures hires for values.
• Willingness to work waking nights and support adults.
• Commitment to safeguarding and person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and choices.
• Support individuals to stay safe and safeguarding be considered.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centered approach.
• Help with social activities, finances, medication, household tasks and personal care.
• Be an informal point of contact for family and social workers.
• Accurately report and record issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and promote welfare.
