The Role
As a key part of the dedicated team we allocate to every child, you’ll have a vital role in helping children and develop skills for life. You don’t need any special qualifications for this role, but you do need to share our passion to help children be the very best they can be.
In return, our new and improved training programmes will help you develop your professional skills. You will also learn from some of the most dedicated and inspirational people in our profession and just like our residents, you will be learning all the time through our ongoing mentoring and support.

Night Support Workers have a passion for working with young people and want to make a difference in young people’s lives. Your ambition to see our young people live full and active, fun-filled lives will have a profound impact on the wellbeing and development of the young people in your care.
As a Night Support Worker you will:
Although a full driving licence is not essential for the role, you MUST ensure you are able to get to our location as shifts will usually run from 11pm - 8am including weekends and Bank Holidays.
There is an opportunity in time to move over to the day shift for those who may be interested.

Cambian will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates. This check will be part of a safeguarding check and the search will be purely based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children. As care must be taken to avoid unconscious bias and any risk of discrimination a person who will not be on the appointment panel will conduct the search and will only share information if and when findings are relevant and of concern.
