Hours: 36 hours per week
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Location: Fisher Close Nursing Home, Chesterfield, Derbyshire
We have a fantastic opportunity for Home Support Workers to join our teams in Chesterfield. We have various hours available including full-time and part-time. Shifts will be based on rota and will include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and waking nights.
As a Home Support Worker, you will provide high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations, and the organisation's policies and procedures.
You will also encourage independence and physical ability, ensure a safe and clean environment, and involve service users in maintaining their well-being.

We need Home Support Workers with experience in care. You should be confident, caring, and committed to promoting independence. It’s hard work but very rewarding. Do you have what it takes?
At emh care & support, you will help older people and those with learning difficulties or disabilities to live independently. You will advocate for them and provide activities, support, care, and housing tailored to their needs.

Desirable: QCF in Health and Social Care – Level 2, care certificate, or willingness to work towards it.
