We have opportunities available for a Full Time Support Worker - Waking Nights to join a new team at our Ivanhoe Community Supported Living Service, based in Rotherham, S66 9EF. The 24-hour CQC-registered service will support 3 adults with mental health, learning disabilities, and autism diagnoses, opening in September 2024. Staff training will commence prior to opening. The team will provide support to help residents live as independently as possible, engage with the community, and pursue an active, meaningful life.
Salary: £12.00 per hour
Hours: 35 hours weekly

As a Support Worker, you will work with adults with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health, and physical conditions. Your role involves ensuring residents are involved in their care decisions, supporting skill development through activities, administering medication, personal care, security checks, and domestic tasks. This is a rewarding role requiring energy, compassion, and teamwork, with ongoing training opportunities.
No prior experience or specific qualifications are required. You will receive on-the-job training and have opportunities for professional development. We seek individuals whose personal values align with ours.
