Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker in England. The role involves compassionate, independent care for individuals with complex needs, supported by a Registered Nurse for supervision.

About the role

You will work with a friendly and supportive team of professionals who will help you develop your skills and knowledge in complex care. You will also have the opportunity to build a trusting and respectful relationship with the people that we support and their families, who are very hands-on and helpful.

A Registered Nurse will support competency assessment and ongoing supervision.

Benefits for the Role

Excellent rates of pay: Wake nights- £14.00 per hour.

Night shifts are 22:00 to 07:00

Skills and Qualifications required for the role

You will need to have good attention to detail and observation skills, and be able to recognise when the gentleman is in pain or needs assistance. You will need to have some experience in supporting individuals with complex care needs, or be willing to undergo training and supervision.

You will also need to work every other weekend as part of your rota..
