Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker / Care Assistant to join the friendly, committed team at Stanbridge House in Banbury. You will support customers aged 55 and over, helping them remain independent while delivering personal care and light domestic tasks during the night shift.

The role involves encouraging social and recreational activities, promoting dignity and respect, and working across alternating weekends from 10pm to 7am to ensure consistent care for residents.

Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Waking Night Support Worker/ Care Assistant to join our Friendly , committed and caring team Stanbridge House in Banbury

About the role

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme you will be supporting customers who are over the age of 55 enabling them to maintain their independence

The role will require you to assist residents with personal care activities or light domestic tasks. You will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and as a group.

The role is to promote Customers independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the best standard of care.

10pm-7a and alternate weekends
