Routes Healthcare (North) Limited is seeking a Care Assistant for domiciliary care in Chorley. You will visit clients in their own homes, delivering personal care with dignity and respect, and help with medication management and nutrition.

A driving licence and access to a car are required for travel between visits. This waking nights position involves working 7am-1pm or 4pm-10pm shifts, with 24/7 on-call support and ongoing training opportunities.
