Job summary

Network Healthcare is seeking a Waking Night Care Assistant for a stable, nights-based role in North Somerset. This position requires working four 10pm to 7am shifts per week with standby pay when not called out.

The role involves visiting clients' homes to provide personal care, support with food and fluids, as well as light domestic duties. A driving licence and own vehicle are essential for travel across the region.

We offer excellent training opportunities, including the possibility to start or complete an NVQ in Health and Social Care.

Qualifications

• Background in care work or similar is required.
• Driving licence and own vehicle essential for travel.
• Must be prepared for night shifts and on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Work 4 rota'd nights per week from 10pm to 7am.
• Provide care and support in clients' homes across North Somerset.
• Receive standby pay when not called out and full rates for call-outs.
