Red Rose Care is seeking a Home Care Assistant for Chorley mornings. You will visit clients in their own homes, helping with personal care, meal prep and daily tasks to support independence. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential, with DBS and pre-employment checks required.

Shifts start early, with regular hours and opportunities for extended hours on some days. Guaranteed hours contracts from 10 to 20 hours weekly, and benefits include paid travel between visits,

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own car.
• 18 years or older required.
• DBS check and pre-employment checks will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their own homes across Chorley.
• Provide personal care such as washing, dressing and continence support.
• Assist with meals, medication and daily activities to promote independence.
• Build trusting relationships and encourage choice and independence.
