Job summary

United Response is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker in Exmouth to provide compassionate, person-centred care during night hours. You will assist individuals with daily routines, personal care and accessing their support plans, while fostering independence and safety.

Experience with a digital care app is a plus; full training will be given. The role includes weekend and bank holiday work, and an enhanced DBS check funded by the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with personal support plans (dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending appointments, work, volunteering and hobbies).
• Using Nourish digital app to access care and support plans; training provided for app usage.
• Weekend and bank holiday work, enhanced DBS check at cost to be met by United Response.
