Achieve together is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to assist residents during the night. You will support with evening activities and provide physical and emotional care to help residents feel safe and achieve a restful night. Full training is provided to develop your skills in social care.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare is beneficial but not required as we provide full training.
• You are passionate, hard-working and empathetic with a care-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and support people with evening activities and provide physical and emotional support throughout the night for safety and a good night’s sleep.
• Contribute to a calm, secure overnight environment and help with routine night-time tasks as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and progress in a social care career.
