CL Lifestyles Night Care and Support Somerset is seeking a self-employed Waking Night Support Worker for a children’s residential home. Hours are 10.00pm to 7.00am with emphasis on safety, stabilisation and calm response to incidents. DBS Update Service registration and prior children’s residential experience are essential.

You will maintain records, complete handovers and supervise the house overnight, ensuring a supportive, secure environment for young people.

Qualifications

• Previous children’s residential experience is essential.
• Registration on the DBS Update Service is essential.
• Ability to respond calmly and professionally at night.

Responsabilités

• Keep young people safe, settled and supported overnight (10:00pm–7:00am).
• Respond to night-time needs or incidents calmly and professionally.
• Supervise the house and complete accurate records and handover notes.
